So week one of Advent Mobility is in the bag and has a mix of hamstring, shoulder, thoracic spine and adductor/groin stretches in there. I have gotten some great feedback so far on the series so hopefully you’re trying out the moves yourself. Again, these moves should be carried out in a gentle relaxed fashion. Stretching should not cause pain but may be uncomfortable initially. Use your breathing to moderate that discomfort and bobs your uncle.
